Terms of service

Article 1 – Definitions

Definitions such as "Consumer", "Entrepreneur", "Distance Contract", "Right of Withdrawal" and "Durable Medium" carry their standard e-commerce meanings. These definitions govern how contractual terms are interpreted within the Lusterify service framework.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and distance contracts between Lusterify and the Consumer. Copies are available before and after the contract is concluded, digitally or in writing.

Article 4 – The offer

All product offers include detailed descriptions and visuals. Errors in imagery or text are non-binding. Offer terms, shipping costs and withdrawal rights are clearly disclosed.

Article 5 – The contract

Contracts are binding upon acceptance by the Consumer. Orders are confirmed electronically. Lusterify implements appropriate data security measures. Payment capability and consumer reliability may be verified before order processing.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 30 days of receiving their product. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Extended withdrawal periods apply if Lusterify fails to provide the legally required information.

Article 7 – Costs of exercising withdrawal

The Consumer pays the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days upon proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusions from withdrawal

Withdrawal rights may not apply to hygiene items, personalised goods, perishable items or unsealed media and software. These exceptions are only valid if clearly stated before purchase.

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices are fixed during the validity of an offer unless statutory changes apply. Errors in pricing due to typos are not binding.

Article 10 – Warranty and conformity

Products conform to their description and to legal standards. Warranties do not limit your statutory rights. Issues must be reported within 4 weeks. Misuse or unauthorised modification voids the warranty.

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are processed within 30 days. The delivery address is provided by the customer. Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery. Incorrect size issues should be reported to support.

Article 12 – Term contracts

Consumers can cancel long-term contracts with up to one month's notice. Automatic renewals must meet legal standards and allow simple termination.

Article 13 – Payment

Payment is due within 7 business days after purchase unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in additional collection costs.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be clearly described and submitted within a reasonable period. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Article 15 – Disputes

All contracts and disputes are governed under U.S. law.

Article 16 – Additional terms

Additional terms must not disadvantage the consumer and will be documented in writing.

Article 17 – Acceptance of replacements

If a customer receives a replacement product, for example a new size, the return option for the original item is waived.

Article 18 – Return address

Return addresses may vary per product and region. Customers must contact support before returning items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
